I'm looking for a small office in Moses Lake. I only need room for a small desk for a laptop and a chair. A shared room or space is okay.
My background: I'm an owner of a well-established and reputable business in Spokane and we are looking to start a branch in Moses Lake. I only need the office for occasional visits (several times a week at first and then maybe a few times a month afterwards). It is important that I can receive mail and it is zoned commercial, not a residence. I'm happy to provide references, credit report, and have you visit our Spokane location and/or meet in person. I would be the only person using the office. Hoping for around $350 +/- per mo.
