Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager. The ideal candidate has experience in site work construction, layout and scheduling. Equipment operation a plus. Pool building experience a plus. Must be able to speak professionally to clients and interact well with employees and crew. Must have a good understanding of elevations and modern practice of concrete construction. This role ensures projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and lead construction crews on residential and commercial pool projects.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field.
-Coordinate daily jobsite activities, ensuring work meets design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
-Work closely with project managers, construction managers, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Train and mentor crew members on best practices in safety and jobsite efficiency.
-Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, communicate progress, and report issues promptly.
-Ensure compliance with all local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
-Experience in the swimming pool industry a HUGE PLUS.
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and equipment schematics.
-Prior crew leadership or foreman experience required.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills
-Experience with high-end/luxury residential pools.
-Equipment operation
-Familiarity with advanced automation systems and smart pool technology.
-Knowledge of water chemistry and service operations.
-OSHA or other safety certifications.
