looking for a quiet, private place to rent after selling my home.
Flexible move in around end of September.
I don't smoke anything, do not drink, no pets and live alone.
I've worked for many years managing large properties and I understand the value of maintaining a property properly and am a reliable, low maintenance tenant. If you have a garden, I'm happy to informally work it
If it's a large property, I can also provide informal property management, coordinate vendors, and oversee projects etc...
I have references available. I travel part of the year.
I'm looking for:
Separate or semi private access
AC - the ability to install a window unit
Washer / dryer hookups
Away from the 101, busy roads & construction
No shared walls or yard
Im in SB 10 months each year and traveling the other 2.
I don't really entertain or have guests over.
