Looking to find a studio in the Bayside Queens 11361 area for an easier work commute.
credit 650~no criminal past~stable job/work history~at current apartment 20 years.
My landlord would love to see me move out so he can renovate and charge double what I pay.
He's even offered me cash to clear out~I've been at my current job the past five years. The commute is
a nightmare. Something has to give and this job is worth more to me than cheap rent in a nice location.
Obviously I would love to go as low as possible. Realistically I'm comfortable with 1400 a month and
prefer smaller, more personable spaces. My biggest requirement is being cat friendly and close to my job.
I would consider a basement apartment in the right situation. I am a single gay Greek man on the conservative side.
I'm looking for longer term with whatever organic move in date works best.
I have no issues paying any fees for credit and background checks but I will not provide any form of payment without a physical meeting.
