I’m a mid 40s single male looking for a room for me and my two cats. looking to pay in the $600 to $800 range . I’m a non-drinker, non-cigarette smoker and I don’t use any drugs. Just looking for a quiet place in a non-cigarette smoking household with friendly people who also are not big drinkers or do drugs. I am weed friendly, but I currently do not use. I work anywhere from 330 till about midnight four days a week. Just need a spot that I could put my mini grill in the backyard. I don’t use the stove too often just sometimes. Would really like to have a place of laundry if I could, but it’s not a dealbreaker . I’m open to try it out weekly to see if we mesh first as I have a place I can go back to anytime but it doesn’t have to be weekly just a thought. Just looking for the right fit.
