Hi, I'm 73, spiritual, but not religious, looking for a clean furnished room with a private bathroom, washer/dryer on premise, and use of kitchen mainly for snacking. I usually eat out, have no pets, don't smoke, and rarely drink. I'm retired on Social Security, work part time, and am also a published non-fiction writer. I write articles on science, history, politics, and philosophy to raise consciousness and help to make the world a better and more peaceful place. My philosophy is liberal/left. Monthly rent is negotiable, but I would like it to to include utilities, and Wi-Fi. I have my own television with Roku. The rent where I now reside is too high. I'm far from rich so please be reasonable. I look younger than my age, go to the gym regularly, and am not on any medication. I'm easy going and prefer someone who is the same.
