Single Dad looking for an apartment for myself and my child. I can not rent a room in a shared house. I need an actual apartment. I have a great job bringing in 1200 a week on average. I dont have a lot of money saved because my current living situation is very expensive. Im looking for a landlord who can work with me on the cost of moving in. I can do around 600-800 a week for the first few weeks to catch up on deposit and first and last months rent. I need to keep enough to pay for my truck and feed myself and my child but im willing to give everything else to move in. Ill also need enough to start up utilities obviously. I need to state again that I can NOT rent a room in a shared house. I need an actual apartment.
