Established residential builder in the Greenville/Upstate South Carolina area is looking for experienced subcontractors and small crews for ongoing outdoor living projects.
We specialize in custom decks, screened porches, covered patios and other outdoor living spaces.
We are specifically looking for a subcontractor with strong finish carpentry skills who can handle:
• Eaves and soffits
• Finish framing
• Tongue & groove (T&G) ceilings
• Beams and beam wraps
• Fascia and trim
• Porch ceilings
• Decorative trim details
• Finish work that requires a clean, professional appearance
• Working from plans and project specifications
We are looking for a quality-focused subcontractor — not general labor.
Requirements:
• Proven residential construction experience
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Own tools and equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work independently
• Properly insured
• Reliable and able to meet schedules
• Professional when working on occupied residential properties
• Quality workmanship and attention to detail
