We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain and care for a beautiful 42-acre private property in the Simpsonville, South Carolina area.
This is a long-term position with good wages for the right person. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is willing to handle a variety of outdoor and property-maintenance responsibilities.
Duties may include:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and general lawn care
Landscaping and maintaining flower beds and grounds
Operating tractors, mowers, and other property equipment
Maintaining driveways, fences, gates, and outdoor areas
Leaf and debris cleanup
Light handyman and maintenance work
Keeping buildings, equipment, and grounds clean and organized
Helping with miscellaneous projects around the property
Identifying maintenance problems before they become major issues
We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable and shows up when expected
Has a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Has experience with landscaping, farming, groundskeeping, construction, maintenance, or similar work
Is comfortable operating outdoor equipment
Can work without constant supervision
Is honest, trustworthy, and respectful of private property
Is physically capable of performing outdoor work
Wants a stable, long-term job
Experience with tractors, zero-turn mowers, small engines, irrigation, landscaping, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or general handyman work is a big plus.
COMPENSATION: Good wages — pay will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications.
SCHEDULE: Full-time. Details can be discussed during the interview.
