Older (picture taken ten years ago), professional man. Licensed School Counselor. Quiet, responsible, spiritual-Christian. Excellent references & credit. Looking for a less conventional, smaller place/space. Casita, room, community, divided house rental, mother-in-law place, tiny house, RV sitting in your yard, cottage, bungalow etc. as possibilities. Temporary/permanent. Relocated to GA from Albuquerque. Proposed November move-in. My last (current) room rental was $550/month, including utilities. I realize I may have to pay a bit more in the relocation, but 500-800 dollars/month would be ideal, depending on the arrangement.
