We are looking for a skilled and motivated residential plumber to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for installing new plumbing systems & trim, diagnosing, repairing in a residential home while providing top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities;
Install, repair & maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, valve, fittings, water heaters & fixtures
Troubleshoot plumbing issues when needed & provide effective solutions
Read & comprehend blueprints, drawings & specifications to determine project requirements
Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes & industry standards
Collaborate with other trades, GCs & team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients & coworkers
Perform rough in &/or trim meeting deadlines
Qualifications;
Valid plumbing license in Washington State (PL02 Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing
Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and safety practices
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Experience with new residential construction, remodels & multi use
