Troy-Bilt Model Series 860 (12AI866F011) Self-Propelled Mower with Briggs & Stratton engine (11P902).

Purchased from Lowe’s in 2009/10. I can start it, but it is ROUGH.

If you are just wanting the engine, this is good for your project with minimal work. Do not purchase this unless you know how to upgrade, replace and service. I cut my lawn with it last week, but as-is it really un-usable (In my opinion). IMO – A new carburetor, belt adjustment, wheels and pull cord are required to ensure many more years of service (as a mower). I just replaced the belt, but it keeps popping off. Comes with catcher, thrower and mulch plug.
