Quoizel brand lamp, hand painted blue & amber flowers on white milk glass with an ornate brass base. The lamp is in 3 pieces, bottom base, top globe, and clear glass chimney. 3 way lamp—top globe, base globe or both. The height is 23.5” (to the top of the clear glass “chimney”), the base measures 7”, the top globe measures 10.5” wide. No chips or cracks, works perfectly. From a non smoking home.
