I found 4 Ebay ads of same brand, different models. One seems restored and asking over $200. The others are in similar rough used survivor condition.... like this one.... and asking about $30 PLUS SHIPPING.
"The Bissell Grand Rapids Cyco sweeper, a vintage carpet sweeper, traces its origins back to Melville R. Bissell and his wife Anna in 1876. They owned a crockery shop in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Melville, frustrated by the constant sawdust and debris on the carpet, designed and patented a carpet sweeper that used brush rollers. This invention led to the founding of the Bissell Manufacturing Company in 1883, and the Cyco model, along with other Bissell sweeper models, became popular." (Google search)
