We have located a bedroom on the first floor in order to accommodate guests with accessibility needs, and the walk-in shower includes handle bars and a seat. Guests can entertain in the dining room or out back on the large deck which also includes a ramp to access the backyard.
Convenient location: minutes from Route 30 and Route 283. 15 minutes to Lancaster city downtown, 10 minutes to Spooky Nook Sports Complex. 1 hour to Baltimore, 1 5 hours to Philadelphia.

Preferred entrance is through the kitchen where you'll find all full sized appliances including gas range, oven, refrigerator & microwave. There is seating for 4 and abundant cabinet storage. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room which connects to the full bathroom along the rear of the house. Heading from the kitchen in the other direction is a dedicated workspace and dining area for up to 6 people. Through the pocket doors are the bedroom and private sitting room which connect back to the bathroom.
