Great fuel saving commuter or delivery vehicle. Similar to Honda Ruckus. Better quality than cheap-o chinese mopeds that are sold now.
It is faster than most e-bikes, so you can keep up with urban/suburban traffic and you don't have to worry about the range.
Doesn't require a license plate in MD, only a sticker, and can park on the sidewalk in most of DC. Can deliver it within DC or suburbs after payment.

Fuel injection, liquid cooled engine, kick or electric start, 100+ mpg fuel economy, large storage compartment. Top speed ~40mph.
Condition:
Very good condition for its age. Runs great and has been stored indoors for the last 4 years. It has a few scrapes, etc... that you'd expect from a 20 year old vehicle. Brand new battery. Orignial owners manual. Could probably use new tires soon. Clean title in my name.
