This is a Genteq Evergreen 6105E ECM blower motor, model 5SME39HXL443.
It includes a mounting racket the wire harness. If you own an older furnace/AC, this could also be used in motor setups with some minor tweaks.
It's a direct drop-in replacement for a failed X13 or constant-torque ECM motor. It should hook up easily to compatible boards and features auto-rotation sensing, so it automatically configures to the correct spin direction upon instillation.
