Maple flooring, 3/4" thickness, 2 1/4" width, random lengths from 1' up to 12'.
This flooring was removed from a school gymnasium in Saanich. I suspect it was new in the 1960's.
The flooring ranges in thickness from 3/4" to 7/8".
7/8" appears to have been the thickness when new.
There is at least 1/4" above the tongue for sanding.
Clear with no knots.
This is some damage to the tongues and grooves on some of the boards, probably about 20% of them. Those are still usable.
The pictures of the finished side show the end of one board sanded to remove the finish, it is lighter colour when refinished.
This flooring is not as easy to lay as new nail down or other types. There is extra labour required for cleaning and prepping the boards.
You need to be experienced in floor laying or have decent skills to lay this properly.
I have about 3000 square feet remaining. Bundled and stacked in dry storage.
I will sell it in lots of 1000 square feet or more for $2.50 a square foot.
