Condition pros: 1. The V8 is a 4.6L engine (the best for years 2005 - 2010), 2. The truck is still drivable and runs ok for the most part, 3. All electronics work perfectly, 4. Still passes MV inspections, 5. Physical interior and exterior not bad for an 18-year-old truck, 6. The tires - Cooper AT3. As you can see in the photos, the tread on them are stellar (thick, wide, deep, and solid). Never had to be repaired or replaced.
Condition Cons: 1. Transmission is beginning to slip or float, 2. ABS is inactive (may want to replace the pump and module) but not necessary for vehicle operation, 3. Parking brake assemly neeeds replacing, 4. Headliner shows signs of water exposure in rear of cab (the cause was remedied years ago), 5. Some dents, dings, scratches with normal rusting expected on a steel body.
