$18–$22/hr to start | Path to Shop Manager at $55K–$75K for the right person
21-year family-owned custom closet company.We build everything in our own shop — CNC router, edgebander, full production — and we’re looking for a sharp, hardworking person to join our team.
This is an entry-level shop position. We will train you. But if you show us you’re the right person, there is a clear path to Shop Manager with significantly higher pay. We’re not just filling a seat — we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
What you’ll do:
Operate a CNC router (we’ll train you on our Anderson Stratos)
Process panels and prepare materials for production
Keep the shop organized and running efficiently
Learn our full production system over time
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on, mechanical mindset — you like working with your hands
Shows up on time, takes pride in their work
Trade school background in machining, woodworking, or manufacturing is a strong plus — not required
Reliable transportation to Northwest Tampa.
