I came across this at my great grandfathers house and I thought it was really cool! This is practically a medical time capsule from 1968-1969. It has all the original documents, all unopened contents in the original boxes, and a glued on "Contents Info." paper, meaning it was never sent back to a factory for repainting or refurbishing.
