I am pulling a permit with the County as an owner to relocate my existing HVAC air handler out of the attic and into a newly framed mechanical closet on the 2nd floor. This will be a three part job (1) safely disconnect and remove out of attic; (2) extend refrigerant lines and new condensate line; (3) hook up HVAC air handler to plenum box return and supply and test and balance air flow.
For reference, I will remove all the duct work and return and supply plenums before part (1).
