67 year old that works pretty much full time as a handyman. I'm healthy and happy with what I do. I find my challenge is that I need space for tools (half of a two car garage). I have my furnishings would be willing to split a house or lease a room and space. I do have a small/friendly well trained 8 yr old dog.
