We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in commercial construction, multifamily renovations, capital improvement projects, and preparing accurate, competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed estimates for commercial and multifamily projects.
* Perform material takeoffs and labor cost calculations.
* Review blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.
* Estimate interior and exterior renovations, roofing, painting, concrete, carpentry, and general construction.
* Obtain subcontractor and supplier pricing.
* Prepare professional proposals and competitive bids.
* Work directly with project managers, sales teams, and operations.
* Maintain accurate project budgets and profit margins.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of construction estimating experience preferred.
* Strong commercial and multifamily construction knowledge.
* Experience with large-scale renovations and capital improvement projects.
* Proficient in estimating software, Excel, and blueprint reading.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines.
