How My Process Works
Clean or Dirty I accept brass in any condition; clean brass can speed up turnaround and faster loading and reloading for you
My Brass Prep Process:
Dry tumbling to polish enough to run through machine
Depriming, Decapping and primer-pocket cleaning, swaging/reaming
Factory Full-length resizing and annealing, to spec, ultra sonic cleaning, manually look for cracks, splits, deformed, deformation and deforming cases and sort out good cases from bad cases
Final wet-tumble and corn‑cob polishing for shine and corrosion resistance
I do everything manually and by hand!!!
