We are a new craft cocktail Bar serving elevated small plates and dessert in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We believe that great hospitality starts with a passionate team. Whether our guests are celebrating a milestone or stopping in for a glass of wine, our goal is to deliver an unforgettable dining experience every single time.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Deliver exceptional hospitality: Welcome guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and make genuine recommendations.
Own the table experience: Take accurate food and drink orders, handle special dietary requests, and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen.
Keep the flow smooth: Maintain clean tables, pre-bus dishes dynamically, and handle guest payments quickly using our POS system.
Work as a team: Collaborate closely with bartenders, runners, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure flawless service.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: 6 month of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant required
Availability: Flexibility to work peak hours, including Friday/Saturday nights
Exceptional multitasking, a bright smile, clean appearance, cocktail & wine knowledge and the ability to stay calm and graceful under high-volume pressure.
Compliance: Must meet local legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
In person interviews: Sep 24th - 27th.
Online interview: Immediately.
Training and soft opening: Oct 21st - 26th
Novermber 6th planned First day of business.
