Hi there! My name is Lauren, and I am a friendly professional currently working as a server at Legal Sea Foods in Framingham. I am preparing to start classes at Spa Tech Institute in Westborough this coming spring for their March or April start dates, and I am looking to secure a stable living arrangement nearby. I am a non-smoker, rarely drink, and love to cook and bake—and I am always happy to share fresh-made food or baked goods with roommates. I enjoy helping out around the house and taking on extra tasks or projects whenever needed.
I have one indoor cat named Blueberry Muffin. He is genuinely the sweetest, most affectionate cat in the world, loves meeting new people, and gets along wonderfully with everyone. He is fully litter-trained and very well-behaved.
My budget is up to $1,000 a month for rent, and my move-in timeline is flexible anytime between December and March. I am looking for a spot in Framingham, Westborough, Natick, Worcester, Clinton, Marlborough, or anywhere within a 40-minute radius of Spa Tech in Westborough. I would prefer living with just one other roommate, but I am open to more. I can provide references from a previous apartment and am simply looking to transition out of a not-so-great situation so I can fully focus on school in the upcoming months.
