Pretty much maxes out what you can fit in a 30 foot slip. Heaps of interior volume and excellent sailing performance.
The Olson 911 is a direct descendant of the legendary Express 37, also designed by Carl Schumacher.
Boat was raced extensively through 2012, including the VanIsle 360. It began to have more cruising oriented modifications after that. It completed a month long cruise around Vancouver Island.

Running rigging is a few years old. Still usable, but getting worn
Deck has no soft spots from water intrusion in balsa core
Hull is a solid layup, and not cored
The dodger fabric is worn out. The frame is good. Mainsail cover is fairly worn. It’s a fairly easy replacement if you have the old dodger for a pattern.
Bottom paint is Baltoplate, and has no biocidal properties left. It’s good, hard paint. It can be refreshed with Baltoplate, or Trinidad is compatible with a scuff sanding, for better anti-fouling.
Basically, the boat has been well kept its whole life. It is ready for a refit as an excellent cruiser which is fun to sail and a PHRF racer for casual racing. Feel free to message me with questions, and we can talk on the phone.
