a FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE retired U.S. Army Officer needs Winter Home - just 4 me. I will House-Sit OR Rent (possibly Share) a House/Condo prefer in/near THE VILLAGES (never been) - near a POOL!

I do NOT smoke, do NOT use drugs and NO drinking problems (a little Chianti w/dinner). I've been a landlord, am homeowner - - do NOT want to spend Winter in Buffalo (GO BILLS). I am member of Corvette Club's (hope to have off-street parking). Have been priced out of Key West; shared Winter house on Hutchinson Island (recently owner sold it). MY Bad Habits - "going 90 MPH on #95, watching Classic Movies when I should be sleeping".

I'll help with expenses, chores, shop, drive U - - I like to cook (mostly Italian) - owned pizzeria in Hawaii!
