Hi! I am a clean, reliable, and non-smoking retired clinical social worker.
I'm living with environmental illness and am looking for a quiet one- or two-bedroom home, cottage or ADU for long-term rental, to live out my days and enjoy my grandchildren.
Because of my illness, I require a place with no shared walls and is not on a busy road, near commercial farms or any industry that emits chemicals/fumes of any kind. Garden space is a PLUS!!
Since retiring, many people have trusted me with the care of their homes while overseas on active duty and other long-term trips. I have many references attesting to the care I took of each home as if it were my own and I will do the same for yours as a tenant.
I have no deadline to move so, if you are expecting to have something in a few months, please do consider me. However, I am open to moving as soon as possible.
