Looking for an apartment/room with private bathroom on October 2 for month-month lease, maximum 6 months!
Healthy semi-retired male senior, single, quiet, non smoker/ drinker with a current valid Security Guard License, no partyer, no record, works online making over $100,000 per year with excellent credit ratings, impeccable references from Banks, Landlords, employers. Seeking ANY kind of lodging with a private bathroom. Will share the kitchen, (I'm a great cook)
Will consider all greater Vancouver or Victoria, BC. I have everything needed like bed, tv, etc but I can put it all in storage and live with your "stuff" WIFI is essential for my income! Rent NEGOTIABLE!
