The unit is furnished with a sofa bed and and a dresser chest but both can be swapped out or removed upon tenants request.

Tenant MUST have own transportation (or ways to get around) because of the rural area. There is DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon, and Uber available.
This is a small unit. For a single or couple ONLY!

Your Privacy is your privacy-- only require respect of neighbors and to recognize quit hours 10pm-7am.
