Please help kittens (Seguin)

I have had 2 female cats dumped on my property recently that I have been feeding. Both have had litters. I'm losing my land and can't take them. There are no neighbors close enough to take over feeding. They desperately need somewhere to go. One mama has 3 and the other 6, look about 4 weeks old, too young to leave their mom.
