I have experience in freelance writing from copy, radio commercials, greeting cards, articles, speeches of all types, and more. I also have a background in software support, tech support, etc...and the last ten years writing for a company that went under. The position was writing freelance radio commercials and so on. It was a great job and I loved every minute until their jobs got fewer and they went bye-bye suddenly. Ugh. Loved that job!
I've gotten a few emails that were very, very vague. Please don't. LOL. Also, please don't ask me to cold call you because that potentially wastes both of our times when an email is quicker. (even if it doesn't have all of the job description)
