Type: Clean, well-maintained apartment, condo, or 2/3-flat unit (1 or 2 bedrooms).
Location Preference: South Side neighborhoods (Hyde Park, Kenwood, Woodlawn, Bronzeville, South Shore) or surrounding Chicago areas.
Term: Temporary / month-to-month / short-term sublet with flexible dates while I complete my home purchase process.
