Seeking Sublet: Flat/Apartment/Condo for 2-3 Months (Port Coquitlam-Abbotsford)

I"m currently seeking a space for a single occupancy. The place I'm looking for is a Sublet, my own space ( flat/suite/condo/apartment ) for two-three months until I establish my own residency. I am currently a working professional in Vancouver, and I'm ideally looking for something that is close to either the Skytrain or West Coast Express. I"m looking for a very quiet space, I'm looking from about 1200-1350 for my own space. I"m happy to assist in any cat sitting/dog sitting/plant watering if someone is going away during this time period of approximately late October-December.
The location I'm looking at can be from Port Coquitlam to Abbotsford. If not accessible by skytrain, I ask its nearby West Coast Express. At least walking/biking distance. If in a shared house, I ask that it's quiet, perferably working professionals/students. Non party/non smoker please.
