Seeking solo occupancy- Oct (Bend)

I'm looking for a rental space ( for my dog and myself) that's safe loc and pleasant with yard or balcony, bathtub with a shower preferred. I can be alternative with kitchen - I have a hotplate, small frig, toaster oven for baking. Simple is fine, pleasant area is important, quiet is important.
An alley ADU would be perfect.
I have references for the last 5 years+. Am quiet (no TV or stereo owned - for music I use headphones). Am orderly, have beautiful container plants, an older large dog (walks- no roaming). I take care of my environment in general and clean up in kitchen or yard as needed. My dog stays in my room when I leave the house.
I'm looking for a rental starting Oct. Current dwelling is being put on the market. I'm employed, however with Bend wages- reasonable option needed.
