Hello, I'm Janelle and I'm seeking an unfurnished private room rental in Dallas by a homeowner. I don't smoke or have pets. Seeking maximum $600 all bills included as a month/month to month lease. I normally rent long term. Please reply with a picture of the room or your ad. I gave my 30 day notice and will need room rental no later than 10/31/26. I prefer to make an appointment and view the room. Let me know what time in the morning or afternoon works for you.

A little more about me: The only reason I have my picture up is so you know what your future room renter looks like: To humanize my ad. I'm college educated with unmarketable degrees and monthly student loan bills from that. I primarily work in Security and delivery jobs.
