What I'm looking for:

A responsible, communicative landlord and a well-maintained property
I'm retired, financially responsible, and able to demonstrate income and financial resources. I'm looking for a comfortable home where I can settle in for the longer term.
I'm also a serious music student and singer. I would appreciate a property where occasional, unamplified vocal practice during reasonable daytime hours is permitted. I don't need to practice every day, and I would be considerate of neighbors and any reasonable household quiet hours.
