I am looking for a private, stable place to live in the Downtown Phoenix, UpTiwn, MidTown, Tempe area. Ideally a private sublet, private guest quarters, a casita, etc., with the potential for a longer term arrangement.
I am currently unable to provide a traditional move in deposit, so I am open to discussing a fair, clearly defined arrangement involving services, flexible terms or another mutually beneficial solution.
I am reliable, resourceful and experienced with cleaning, laundry, organizing, home management and errands. I will also be happy to help with small business tasks, operations or practical projects while building new skills.
