Looking for a private semi-studio space. I am not a huge cook, so I don’t need a full kitchen and can do a fridge and a hot plate. Need a private bathroom, and am an employed female who needs space to work from home.
Budget: up to $1300. Would like a move-in date Sept 15/ Oct 1/ Oct 15. Looking for spaces in Astoria or LIC and Sunnyside.
