Hello! I'm moving to the Boulder area in early November and am seeking out temporary housing when I arrive. My ideal situation is a furnished 1br apartment or IDU. I am a single male in my mid forties moving for work; my job is opening a new store in Boulder and I will be managing the store. I prefer a month-month arrangement but am open to a short lease if necessary; we will be opening more stores in Denver and Colorado Springs and I may need to move again so that is the reason for my month to month preference. I don't smoke, or have pets, and pretty much stay quiet and keep to myself. Can provide references if necessary!
