Hello, I am seeking a short-term sublet from December 1st 2026 (or late November) for approximately three months. I need to be able to register at the address (Anmeldung)

Must love cats and allow them to stay in the apartment. Ideally, I am looking for a place on my own, even if it is a studio with a large balcony or a small, closed-off garden, as my cat likes to play outside.

My maximum warm budget is €700

All I need is wifi, an actual bed with a mattress, heating and a washing machine.

Area: I am in 12055 right now, but I do like Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg areas too. I'm not too fussy about the area as long as I am within walking distance of public transport.
