I am seeking a long term space for my personal workshop. I do various mechanical, wood and other design and project work. I have a top notch dust collection system and lots of quality tools. Ideally it would be a few hundred square feet of either separated or mutual space with a restroom and reasonable electrical supply. I am a clean and professional executive and very respectful, with impeccable references. It can be a man cave or professional work environment. I’m totally flexible. I just need to move my shop out of my garage as my wife retired and bought a new Porsche Macan and won’t allow me to do work in there anymore.
