I am reaching out to see if you currently have any full-time or part-time overnight positions that may match my experience.
I am specifically looking for overnight customer service, contact centre, technical customer service, customer support, or similar positions, preferably remote/work-from-home.
I have several years of experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch operations, shipment tracking, coordinating with customers and carriers, resolving issues, documentation, and working with computer systems and software. I am available to start as soon as possible.
I have been actively applying for customer service and remote positions but have not yet been successful in securing a position. I am also willing to take a short course or certificate if there is a particular qualification that would improve my chances of being hired for overnight customer service or technical support work.
