Seeking Long Term Rental (Mesquite Area)

Looking for a nice house to share. I'm an easy going female. Outside smoker. No pets. I have relatives/roots here. I can spend as much on rent as needed. But the home must be worth the investment. I need stability that as long as I pay and don't break any rules, I will have peace.

I need you to want a long term rental, if you decide to accept me. I can't just move out on a whim, because Mesquite has nowhere to go. I've had hardship trying to find somewhere I can afford, since 03/2024.

So, I'm retired, female, outside smoker, with heart problems. I'm looking for someone who needs serious rent to help pay your mortgage so that we BOTH benefit from this.

We just need to find the right fit.
