I’m helping a friend who’s quietly exploring new job opportunities as she prepares to transition out of her in‑home childcare business. She isn’t posting publicly yet so her daycare families don’t get worried, but she’s ready for a new professional chapter.
She has 13+ years of experience running a licensed childcare and preschool program, where she handled all administrative operations (bookkeeping, payroll, scheduling, compliance, family communication, and daily office management). Over the years she’s become exceptionally good at learning new systems quickly and building repeatable, efficient processes that keep operations running smoothly. She also owns a travel agency, managing client communication, budgeting, invoicing, and marketing with the same level of organization and consistency.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an Administrative Assistant & Lead Routing Coordinator, supporting multiple departments, coordinating schedules, managing records, and resolving daily operational issues...experience that translates directly to office roles today.
She also holds an AAS degree in Advertising, Communication & Design, giving her a strong foundation in marketing, communication, and professional presentation.
She’s looking for a full‑time office position with benefits, ideally with a smaller company. Great fits include administrative assistant roles, office support, scheduling/coordination positions, or construction‑office work (invoicing, permitting, dispatching, documentation). She’s targeting $25/hr+, depending on benefits and PTO.
Preferred area: between Milaca and St. Cloud.
If you know a business looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented, fast‑learning professional who excels at creating organized, efficient workflows, let me know! She’d be an outstanding addition to the right team.
