A Agresto and Sons is looking for a reliable, hardworking 1099 contractor to assist with painting and cosmetic repairs at residential and other properties throughout Central Pennsylvania.
💰 $25+ per hour, depending on experience
🕐 Approximately 20–25 hours per week to start
📈 Potential for additional/full-time hours for the right fit
Experience is NOT required — we are willing to train the right person!
🛠️ Job Duties Include:
• Interior and exterior painting
• Drywall and cosmetic repairs
• Preparing properties for tenants
• Painting vacant and occupied properties
• Working on various types of residential properties
• General touch-ups and property maintenance
• Loading, unloading, and transporting paint and materials
✅ Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license – MANDATORY
• Must be flexible with scheduling and job locations
• Must be dependable and willing to work independently
• Must be able to lift/carry heavy paint, ladders, tools, and other materials
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Must be willing to learn and take direction
🔨 Tools and equipment are provided, although having your own basic tools/setup is a plus.
