Seeking off-market assisted living properties and/or businesses within Texas. Can be senior care, adult day care, skilled nursing, etc... Looking for 6 beds and up, currently operating is preferred. Will consider vacant facilities as well.
May consider other states as well. We work with small owner/operators and large firms who target these types of facilities.
