I’m looking for a clean, affordable apartment, efficiency, studio, or one-bedroom in Lancaster or the surrounding Lancaster County area.
I’m especially interested in hearing from private landlords or owners of smaller rental properties who may have something available now or coming available soon.
Ideally, I’m looking for:
- Studio, efficiency, or 1-bedroom apartment
- Lancaster or nearby Lancaster County communities
- Affordable monthly rent
- Off-street parking preferred
- Utilities included or partially included would be a plus
- Flexible move-in date for the right place
- Longer-term rental preferred, though I’m open to discussing different arrangements
